My commitment is to provide exceptional hair services and ensure the complete satisfaction of my valued clients. I understand that your hair is important to you and I want you to be happy with every step of the process. I want to ensure that every client leaves the salon feeling confident and loving their hair.
My Guarantee: I stand by the quality of my work and offer a Client Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, I am committed to making it right.
Timeframe for Feedback: I value open communication and encourage clients to reach out promptly if they have any concerns or are unhappy with any aspect of their hair service. Please notify me within 10 days of your appointment date to allow me the opportunity to address and resolve any issues effectively.
Upon receiving your feedback, I will promptly schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment to assess and address your concerns. I am dedicated to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with the final result. Whether it involves adjustments, corrections, or further consultation, I am here to make your experience a positive one.
Note:
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. My goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. we can further communicate to ensure we are on the same page moving forward and accomplish your hair goals together.
This guarantee applies to the specific hair service provided during your initial appointment.
Changes requested beyond the original service scope may incur additional charges.
This policy is applicable for 10 days from the date of your initial appointment.
You will no longer be eligible for a correction service if you or another stylist makes any changes to the hair.

Adjustment Fee for Color or Lightener:
In the event that adjustments to color or lightener are necessary, a fee of $20 per bowl will be applied to cover the cost of additional color or lightener required.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies:
Cancellation within 24 Hours:
If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 24 Hours in advance. Giving 24 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If canceling 2 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy listed below.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fee:
If you anticipate being late, please inform me as soon as possible. Please come to your appointment on time with clean dry hair. If you do happen to be running late please update me on your new arrival time.
Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the No-Show Policy will be applied if I have not yet heard from you.
In the case of a no show you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment. No shows will run the risk of me no longer providing or booking for your services.
Deposit Requirement for Future Appointments after No-Shows: Clients with a history of no-shows may be required to provide a deposit when booking future appointments. This deposit will be applied towards your service and is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within the specified time frame.
